WEB DETECTIVE PRO: Subscription memberships are recurring memberships. If you don't cancel a trial membership within the given trial period, you will be billed a small fee of $39.95 for each month that you continue your membership unless you cancel your membership or change your billing method. Upon submitting a request for activation of membership, a Username and Password are assigned to you and can be used to gain access to Web Detective Pro. For all trial memberships, the initial trial charge includes full access to Web Detective Pro’s private membership site and all associated search and investigative materials. However, Razoreye Media reserves the right to limit daily live searches within the Web Detective membership area to accommodate bandwidth restrictions for all registered users. If you are not satisfied, you can cancel at any time to discontinue the membership and stop the monthly billing immediately; however, you will not be eligible for a pro-rated refund of your current month's paid membership fee. A membership that is still within the given trial period may be refunded to the client in the case where the Web Detective Pro service malfunctions or is not accessible to the client. Subscriber may cancel a membership by using the form located at http://www.web-detective.com/cancel.aspx, by emailing directly to support@razoreye.com, or by calling 1-305-671-3165. Subscriber must provide Company a minimum of two (2) days (48 hours) prior to a reoccurring charge date to process any request to cancel a monthly reoccurring charge. If a cancellation request is received with the above noted minimum 48 hours notice, Company will stop the monthly billing immediately; however, you will not be eligible for a pro-rated refund of your current month's paid membership fee. Any charge backs or disputes that do not comply with this cancellation policy will be aggressively pursued.
